When I saw it I laughed too and said "I HAVE to have this as my avatar!"
Its actually animated, but for some reason I can never get animations to work in the avatar.

It reminds me of my last IUI, DH and I were in the car going from the lab to the dr.'s office with"the sample" and he was talking to the sample saying "you must invade and occupy the egg...", it was pretty funny.
