Laundry Detergent and Fabric Softener???
Which brand do you use? Do you like it? Powder or Liquid?
I used Purex powder for our uniforms since those get washed constantly and they are pretty durable. Due to immense laziness, I now use it for everything!  I use Downy Fabric Softener.

i buy what is on sale!
we have a front loading washer so i got purex ultra concentrated free and clear, and target dryer sheets. i don't have allergies and neither does my DH so we just get what is cheapest. i prefer liquid, i hate powder!
if i had my choice, i would get tide. i happen to love the smell of tide the best... but it's so expensive.

when i was living at home, my mom bought all free for detergent and downy for fabric softener. when i moved, i used the same thing

if i had my choice, i would get tide. i happen to love the smell of tide the best... but it's so expensive.
you can get a 64 load bottle for $10 when it's on sale at Target or S&S

Used to use Tide, then switched to All bc it seemed less concentrated...I SWEAR by Downy fabric softener...I LOVE the smell. I also use Downy dryer sheets. I always use liquidd- don't like powder.

I buy tide
and I use downy fabric softner
I also use the downy dryer sheets
I want to make the switch as soon as I am done with the bottles I have, to the all natural stuff, its better for the enviroment

All Free and Clear - the Costco ones are usualy a good deal (Tide is so freaking expensive!)
I use the Kirkland dryer sheets

I have bad allergies, so we get whatever we can that's "free" or "clear" of dyes. Right now we're using Purex, but I'll also use All or Tide. I use Bounce dryer sheets. Sometimes, depending on the time of year & if my allergies are constantly bad for a while, the Bounce will bother me. When that happens I just stop using fabric softener temporarily on my clothes (I'll wash them separate from my dh's).

Same for us, except my DH grew up on this and now it's the only thing I can use otherwise he has allergic reactions.

Whatever is on sale is what I buy. I don't like the detergents with softner in them, they are itchy for me. I do love playing around with the scents of fabric softeners.

I usually buy what is on sale. I don't like Tide because I have sensitive skin. Tide seems too concentrated. I always buy liquid. I don't usually buy fabric softener.

I used to use Tide and Bounce.
Now, I find that Arm & Hammer detergent and softener are cheaper, less harsh and smell good!

I use Full Circle detergent (an all-natural brand sold by Lowes Foods in NC), and Mrs. Meyers Lemon Verbena dryer sheets.
I've always heard that the makers of Tide test on animals and I try to stay away from products that do that.

I also grew up on Tide and Downy. I think Tide is wonderful but so overpriced. Right now I am using Purex w/ Bleach Alt & Downy.
