Late teacher gift... WWYD?
So a couple of weeks ago I posted that a class mom was collecting for the teachers but I wanted to do a little something extra. Someone suggested that I order keychains from Etsy. I used someone that I used in the past and ordered my keychains on Dec. 7. I wrote in my notes that if she believed it would not be in by December 20 to please let me know. She never responded and went ahead with the order. December 20th came and went and the keychains never came. They actually arrived yesterday. I wound up sending a cookie platter since I had no time to buy anything. My question is, should I give them the personalized keychains anyway or should I just save it for the end of the year? I feel silly sending something in after Christmas in January but I also feel bad that they did not get my intended gift. Thoughts?

I would save them for the end of year unless you think you will misplace them.

Either way is fine. Since you sent in the cookie platter there is no need to send in another gift now. But if you want to send it in the teacher won't think its weird. Some kids bring in gifts after vacation if they forgot. You could always write a note saying sorry these shipped late. They would make a nice end of year gift too!

So many things were shipped late this year. I even have a package from an etsy vendor that I'm still waiting for. I would send it in. It's not too late and I still feel like it's the holiday season.
