Gift Dilemma - WWYD?
Cousin and new wife are visiting from Italy. They are here on their honeymoon and I've never met her before.
You want to give them (or at least her) a little something that's not cash but not too big or bulky either because they don't have much room in their bags....

What is the occasion? If it is just her you want to give to, you could do something like jewelry.
ETA: didn't see they were visiting from Italy. It's hard to do gift cards then.

you could always give them like a nice lenox frame- its flat and easy to pack- or you could give them something and have it shipped home for them

Oh, I see. Then definitely a souvenir from NYC. Maybe get a nice frame and take them into the city for a "photo shoot" and give them a cd of pictures of themselves in the city. Then they can choose one to print and put in the frame.

I don't know how much you want to spend, but how about doing something that is a "NY experience" for them - a night out on the town, a broadway show, a helicopter ride around the city, dinner cruise, or a horse and carriage ride around central park.
That way they won't have to pack it on their return trip, but will have the memory?
