Last two days..

I have been having a slight pain right above my right hip - doing research it looks like its 'mittleschmirtz' - where it can be ovulation pain.. but OPK's are giving me no sign of ovulation...

Maybe I am just hyper aware of everything going on with my body right now (probably).. but I am super confused what else may be causing the pain...

if you are on clomid, it is most likely from the clomid wokring

I've had that too. I've only been using the OPKs for a little while, but I've never gotten a positive. Even when i had those definite O cramps, and when EWCM made itself visible.
From what I've read, OPKs don't work for everyone. So I've given up on them and decided to just trust my body for now. After a little while maybe I'll go back to OPKs and try again. But you might be O-ing even without the +
