Last question about CBOPK's I swear
Did you use FMU, like it says to do on the box? Just confused because i thought it was best to do in the afternoon?

I used afternoon urine...they say that is best..although you may not want to take my advice.. since I used all 7 test strips and never got a smiley! ugh I think I ended up o'ing late this month. so annoying!

I have never got a positive OPK either but I think its because I drink so much water throughout the day. I think FMU would actually be better for me but just wondering if it would actually work!
