Looking to get away for the weekend or just a day trip.

We do not have kids. Is Lancaster worth the trip??

I absolutely would not go to Lancaster without kids. So many better places to go.

It kind of sucks there. Not many good food options either. But I do it for DD.

I dunno, I guess that depends if you are really into amish, and checking out the foliage/covered bridges, etc. There are really nice parts of Lancaster and has enjoyed her trips with just her friends (no kids). My Grandma LOVES Lancaster Chat Icon, but from reading your posts on Travel, I'm not sure you would really enjoy it! Maybe New Hope?

I had surgery 3 weeks ago and i chose outback. Clearly I had to be on meds to go to a chain restaurant. Lol. I Met my quota Chat Icon hubby was like are you suuuuuureee??

Mystic CT is nice, there are a bunch of cute shops its only like 2 hours away. right near Mohegan sun.
