I used the laugh and learn about childbirth - lamaze and beyond. She taught Lamaze at Columbia's hospital (NY Presb Hosp). I got it at barnes & noble I think - but they also had it at amazon.com

I got this video at Amazon. DH is actually a little bit excited about making an evening of it. I read the reviews that its a little cheesy and dated but good information.

We broke it up into sections and watched one section at a time.
Yes it is cheesy but she is a bit amusing and honestly I watched it for the info and less so for the entertainment value
