lamaze video ?
just wondering if such a thing exists and if so where can i get it?
i delivered my daughter in aug 2009 and had a pretty easy birth story - but i did take 1 lamaze class and i think the breathing helped me (be prepared)
i honestly dont feel like taking the class again; i hope to look over my notes from teh class and get some video....
Is there anything available online?

They prob have a DVD at the library that you could take out.
