lamaze video
Can any one recomed a good lamaze video I took 2 out from the library and they were soooo not what I was looking for. I am looking for breathing tequniques what your partner can do to help.... stuff like that with out having to take a class...

i took lamaze and i also have "laugh and learn about Childbirth" by Sheri Balyles. I found it to be useful.

I have this and DH and I are about halfway through the video. She does show you the breathing techniques. I'm not a HUGE fan of the video b/c DH and I both find Sheri Bayles to be one of the most annoying people on the planet...but we're getting through it b/c it does have useful information.
Oh, I bought mine used on Amazon.

it was on the list on line but I found out there are 2
Great expecations Laugh and Learn about childern (this i found on blockbuster.com
Laugh and Learn about childern -Lamaze and beyond ( this i found on ebay)
I'll stop by toingiht and see if they have it
