Ladies....I have a question about that time of the month??
do you weigh more when you have your period??
How many more pounds are you on the scale then you normally weigh??

I really try not to weigh when I have it but I did and I am up 2 lbs I know its because of my period but its so annoying tosee that #

Me too.
And me! And it's all in my belly. There are weeks when I literally can't button my pants on a Tuesday, and then they're roomy on a Friday.

But it's mostly water weight, so don't think you have to exercise more. I know that after day 2, my stomach goes down a lot.

I don't have a scale so I never actually weighed myself during my period, but I know that it is normal to weigh a little bit more when AF is in town. Another perk...

up to 5 pounds. It starts the week before and doesn't end until it is almost finished. I hate it.
ETA: and it is all in my belly. I have certain pants I can wear at that times, b/c some others don't fit.
