ladies who took BC and came off
Did any of you have spotting and then got AF?
Im off BC, (came off on the HM) and spotting right now....Im not sure what this is, because of coming off the BC, i know my body is adjusting.
ETA: AF isnt due for about 1wk or so
and it was the nuvaring that I was on.
It also lasted about 4 days/light then got heavy. Im wondering if it was AF

I did not have any spotting. I got AF after 32 days after being on the pill for like 10 years

I didn't have any spotting when I came off the pill, but it did take 40+ days for AF to show.

Yes I did have some spotting and AF like symptoms about 2 weeks before AF came.

I had spotting one week after going off the pill and then again, three weeks after that. I didn't get my actual period until 6 weeks after going off the pill.

I never used to spot when on BC, but since I've come off, I get 2-3 days of spotting before I get my period.

I just stopped this week and have not had any spotting as of yet (though anything can happen). However, I am crampy. Wow I share too much.
