Ladies, I can actually say that Cailen is finally....
a sleeper!!!
AND - for all the moms out there who think their baby will never ever sleep through the night - do a search under my name regarding sleep. From the day we tooko him home, he never ever slept. Rarely napped (he still rarely naps)
He slept for the 1st 2 mts on his side in his Boppy bouncy seat. Then he slept until he was almost 5 mts in his swing.
This kid would wake up on average every 30 mins-1 hr. 2 hours of sleep was huge. 3 hrs was a rare treat. 4 hours happened once or twice.
If it could happen to me, it could happen to anyone. Yes, we finally let him sleep on his belly, but he LOVES his crib!!!!!!
He even "puts" himself to sleep!!!!
I can't believe it.
i'm almost afraid to post this because I dont want to jinx myself, but its been going on long enough to believe this will stick!!!!

That's great news for the both of you. I am sure that the sleep is helping the both of you out - but especially him. He needs it since he's growing.
Lucas also puts himself to sleep...I find it absolutely adorable that when I put him down it looks almost like he is trying to hug his mattress...as if he's happy to be there. 
I also love when he wakes up...seeing that little head bop up looking around...too cute. He starts pumping his legs when we greet him and gets all excited.
