Ladies 34 weeks +
Is anyone else's heart racing? I'm 36 weeks tomorrow and it's gotten to the point that I can't take a shower, brush my hair, or walk 10 feet sometimes with my heart racing and getting completely out of breath! I can't remember if it was like this with DS, but towards the end with him I wasn't working and I didn't do much of anything  My normal heart rate is around 55-60bpm, and during these bouts it's going up to over 100bpm. Do you think this is just a normal part of pregnancy, or should I be concerned and call the dr?

I had that with my twin pregnancy. I was short of breath as well. Not sure if it is a normal part of pregnancy or if it was because I developed pre eclampsia. How is your bp? I am sure it is nothing but may be something worth mentioning to the dr if you can't check your own bp.

Mine only races if I walk fast or walk upstairs. I imagine it is common because we are carrying around extra weight.

Im almost 31 weeks and just posted about this this a.m. I read that its normal but its still nerveracking when it starts happening. I was just sitting in my chair and I felt like I was jogging.

Same here.. I'm almost 35 Weeks.
