Is it ok to take the lactose intolerant enzyme pills while breastfeeding?

I know they were ok while pregnant.

Everything I find online is about the baby being lactose intolerant, which doesn't seem to be the problem - I am.

While I was pregnant, I was able to eat dairy without a problem, now that DD is 3.5 weeks old, I am starting to have the old symptoms back but want to keep eating dairy to keep up my calcium supply.
