Lack of energy?
DS is a great baby, but honestly I feel like I have no energy to play with him. I am beyond exhausted, and never get a full nights sleep. By the end of the day I am ready to drop.
What do you do for yourself to have some energy?
TIA!

Re: Lack of energy?
I'm with you too I feel exhausted at night but push myself. I don't know what a full night's sleep is since DD was born. I work out at night but I feel even more tired the next day.

I have a thyroid problem, and am on medication. I think I may have to get it rechecked- may need to increase meds.

definitely have your levels checked, you may need a boost.....
Also, this warmer weather and longer daylight may help, that's what I'm hoping for!!!!!
