Me too. A weird angle sure.
Looks like she's not wearing a lot of make up. Which makes her look better IMO.
The outfit however is ugly

I don't think she is totally ugly. I think she is average looking. Maybe even below average, given this is what she looks like with all the makeup, stylists etc. beyond her appearance, I still can't believe our culture has made these losers into celebrities.
