But you got a + OPK?
Are you taking your temperature at the same time every morning after 3 hours of sleep? that could affect the temps

Are you using OPK's?? this is why I don't temp. They say even drinking alcohol can screw it up and stuff and so that's so tricky! I know it's a better way of finding out when you O but it's enough to drive a girl nuts!

Do you track your CM also, I wouldnt just base it on a chart. As the PP said, are you using OPKs as well?

Do you notice if your thermometer is taking the same amount of time each morning?
My first 2 months of temping looked like your charts but I noticed that sometimes my thermomter beeped quickly and other times it took about 4 minutes. So now if it beeps quickly - i retake it and usually get a different temp.
Also definately make sure to take it same time - i notice even when i dont get at least 3 hours sleep - its still most accurate when taking it at the same time.

YES, I use OPK's as well but OPK's don't tell if you are really ovulating, just if you get the LH surge, which is why I started temping, to make sure.
My thermometer definetly takes a different amount of time to beep each morning. Sometimes it feels like it is in my mouth for almost 5 minutes and others like 1 minute.
I basicallly take my temp at the same time but I dont get really deep sleeps a lot, and I sleep with my mouth open a lot.
I get EGCM from cd10-cd14 and I always get a positive OPK around cd13.
This is sooooo annoying, but thanks for your input

What makes you think you aren’t ovulating  ??
You really need a few more days of data post +OPK’s to make that assumption. Temps don’t always shoot up – sometimes they creep up. Because your temp dipped on cd13 and went up today – I wouldn’t be surprised if it climbs higher tomorrow. If it does and stays high I would say CD13 might have been your O day.
Is there any specific reason you think that you aren’t Oing?? I mean your chart is rocky but that’s not entirely uncommon.
If you temps don’t rise in the next day or two THEN you can make the assumption that you haven’t Oed. But I wouldn’t jump to conclusions yet. FF wont even confirm an O date until you have 3 higher temps in a row so you def need a few more days of data.

These thermometers are so wacky - if it beeps after only minute - just reset it and take it again.

Thank you so much. his is my first month temping so I dont know all the ins and outs. I guess I just assumed that my chart would have shown O by now because of the EWCM and +opk but hopefully my temps keep rising like you said but how could I possibly have O'ed on cd13 if I still got a +opk this morning on cd14?

It takes at least 3 days of high temps before FF will give you crosshairs and an “official” or assumed O date. Usually by the time FF acknowledges the O date, you would be 3DPO.
So like I said if your temp goes up tomorrow and stays high it will prob mark CD13 or 14 as the O date. Some people get +OPKs for a few days. It really depends on when you test and your LH level at the time.
Early on it looks like CD13 because you had a dip then a rise – which is typical on O charts. But if you have a large jump up between today and tomorrow then today is probably O date.
Either way there is no reason for you to assume (based on the data you provided here) you aren’t Oing. If anything you should be BDing a ton right now considering the +OPKs!!
