Re: Kind thoughts for my sister please...
I have been bleeding my whole pregnancy (I'm 18 weeks) Hopefully she is fine, but may need some bedrest or just to take it easy. Before this happened to me I never believed the stories I would hear of women who bled and who went on to have healthy babies. I'm a believer now and I wish your sister all the best!

Re: Kind thoughts for my sister please...
for your sister.
Tell her to try not to worry. 1st trimester bleeding is not uncommon in otherwise normal pregnancies.

Thank you everyone! From reading the experiences on here, I know how many people have had bleeding, and still went on to have healthy babies....so I know there is hope! I just can't help but feel a little guilty every time I feel my baby move inside of me.....
Try to stay positive. I bled for almost my whoile first trimester, and according to my level II this morning everything is fine! I have a low placenta & that could have been the reason why I was bleeding. It is no threat to the baby & will most likely make me have a c-section.

Update: I just heard that my sister went to the doctor, who is not all that worried. She doesn't think it's a miscarraige at this point - but to ld her to keep an eye on the bleeding, in case it gets any heavier. She also saw three sacks (triplets??), so she thinkis one could be passing naturally, which would still mean my sister is pregnant...possible even with twins! What a relief! So, it's not over yet - there could still be trouble, but for right now....all is well with the world. WOW. That is something. IT is very possible that she is experiencing a vanishing twin.
I am glad to hear that all is right in the world (& wouldn't that be something if she had twins!)

My sister just found out she's pregnant (due September 20th) and she's been having some minor bleeding and cramping today. She's really nervous that it's bad news...so she's going to see her doctor tomorrow morning to see what's going on. If you could all just keep her in your thoughts, maybe say a little prayer....I'd appreciate it.

How weird...I got my BFP last night, went to the dr today (I called all nervious b/c I didn't believe I was pg, plus I was having spotting and cramping and still cramping right now). He told me there was nothing to worry about, it was probably implantation..he did an internal sono and saw the dot! He prescribed me progesterone. He made me feel like it was normal so I wouldn't worry just yet. ETA: My due date is also 9/20!!!
