I was thinking the same thing and why does her ankles look weird??

Seriously I cant imagine how annoying it would be to know someone or be related to someone who is that obsessed with themselves. Then again the whole family is. I really wish they would go away.

Not necessarily photo shop as that contraption is really tight.. I saw a lady who got her waist down to 16/18 inches with this. Its not healthy. Can shift your internal organs. But she probably doesn't care since she already injects fat into her butt.
I don't think its photo shopped either. I've seen a lot of women that use those things and their waist looks even smaller than that.

The only reason why I think it may be photoshopped is because her ankles and legs at the bottom look distorted?
