Kim Kardashian has been enjoying her time in Paris for Fashion Week with her baby daddy, Kanye West… but once she got back on the plane to get home to El Lay, she began feeling ill and was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday night because she thought she was having a miscarriage, The New York Post is reporting.
An insider revealed that Kimmy was taken to her doctor CRYING like crazy, and even though she and her baby were ok, her medical practitioner told her that she needs to stop living such a fast-paced life.
Another source noted:
“Kim’s not respecting her pregnancy. She’s running around, working out seven days a week. She’s working with two different trainers to control her weight, including Tracy Anderson and a pregnancy trainer. She’s scared that her ass is as big as a couch and is going south, but she is having a very rough pregnancy, and doctors have ordered her to slow down.”

I feel bad for her.
No pregnant woman should be made to feel this self conscious about her weight to the point that she feels she needs to be in the gym 7 days a week and working with two different trainers.

Honestly--feel bad for her?? no way. She SHOULDN'T be working out twice a day with trainers, she SHOULD be taking care of the life growing inside her but she is a selfish woman who's vanity takes precedent over everything else. I feel bad for the kid who will call her mom, not her.

I get what you are saying.
However, I don't think being on the cover of tabolids and on internet sites getting compared to Shamu helps. At some point, everyone breaks.
Having a miscarriage scare is terrible regardless who you are - whether you are vain or not.
Maybe it will make her realize that she needs to ease up and not listen to what the world is saying about her body.

Honestly, I don't feel bad for her.
I think it's true - I don't think she really respects her pregnancy. She seems almost ashamed of it. If she's so worried about people comparing her to Shamu, there is an easy fix to that - live a little more low-key and remove yourself from the public eye. No one said she needed to continue to be an attention whore after becoming pregnant, but she doesn't seem to understand the importance of slowing down and respecting your body during this time.

I also question the truth of it. She has no financial need to do anything but relax so why doesn't she? Not saying she should be a hermit but there's no need for all the constant camera whoring.

I feel bad for her. Every picture that comes on this site, someone is saying OMG what is she wearing, she looks horrible, she's gaining, etc, etc. And that is just on this site, imagine reading and hearing this all over the world.
You can be a strong person, but eventually things will start getting to you. People need to give her a break, sure she's a fame whore, but she's making a living for herself, and a very rich one at that.

Agreed. Absolutely 100%. I am pregnant. I was tiny before. Gained 30 lbs already. I am 23 weeks. My baby is more important than my body. She's an idiot.

I don't know. I can imagine it's not easy to read terrible things about your weight online. I am sure at times it hurts... a LOT. But there is absolutely nothing that could be said about me that would cause me to endanger my unborn child's life. I don't care if I gain 200lbs, the LO in my belly is priority number #1.

I have more compassion for a rock than this chick. She is allowing herself to be on the cover of every tabloid because she refuses to not be photographed 24x7. Instead of wearing normal maternity clothes, she squeezes herself into terrible outfits because it's still all about her, so she allows people to criticize her. Of course I wish nothing but a healthy child for her but if she can't put hers and her baby's health above her fame, then shame on her

I just feel like the public takes it way to far. She's a human being, and just because your a "celebrity" doesn't mean your whole life gets to be picked apart and tortured. I see women dressing worse than her on the street, I see women gain 80 pounds during pregnancy, and people still tell them how amazing they look. Give the girl a break for god sakes.

She could avoid the tabloids and internet and what not VERY EASILY since she has more money than she knows what to do with. Trim your schedule to the bare minimum or even GASP! down to NOTHING and just take care of yourself and your unborn baby.
Kim K. feeds off publicity and being in the public eye. If no one is snapping her pic she probably think she'll die. If she TRULY wanted to take care of herself in the right way and avoid the paparazzi she could....but that would mean she would lose attention for a few months and she can't handle that.
She is despicable and I have NO SYMPATHY for her whatsoever. The only one I pity is the unborn child she will whore out for money and publicity.
