Kids Youtube
Anyone else remove YouTube from their kid's Ipads and just have the kids one? It's awesome. I don't have to worry anymore about them finding inappropriate videos.
So far it's been great. All my kids like to watch are stuff on toys, hot wheels tracks, full episodes of their fav shows on Nick or Disney, video games, etc.

can i get it on the computer or just as an app for the ipad?
are the commercials appropriate? because i have a youtube playlist for DD but the ads in between all the clips are the problem!!! some are terrible

YES!! Thank God for this...its crazy the amount of innocent looking clips there are but the language is horrific. She is obsessed My Little Pony, and there are clips of my little pony cartoon but they change the words and its all cursing. I deleted you tube and now have kids you tube.

Yep, I have it to. LOVE it. For a while, DD was obsessed with Angry Birds. It's AMAZING how many Angry Birds videos are made on the regular YouTube with the foulest language.
It's called YouTube Kids and I have it on her ipad and my android phone too.

I love it!!! DS is obsessed with those unboxing videos & now I don't have to worry about him going into the sub-levels of YouTube, which can be pretty scary in and of itself!

Yes. Once DS wanted me to put on Peppa Pig. I walked away a moment and next thing I know he's watching a video on pigs getting slaughtered. Ugh! So scary!
NOw I don't have to be right on top of them when watching videos. I totally removed youtube off the Ipad so they don't even click it by mistake. There's some sick sh%& out there.
