Children should be brought to restaurants (I have 3). BUT they should behave appropriately. Doesn't matter if you are in Friendlys or A 5 star restaurant. Manners are manners. I've been to kid friendly restaurants and I am amazed at how people let their children behave. It just sounds like your daughter was enjoying herself.
