Re: Keurig?
Have it and LOVE it. I have the bigger one cause I am lazy, but I drink so much tea that I have to refill it constantly! I also have the keurig cup and put loose tea in there.

Re: Keurig?
I have a Tassimo and although the selection might be a bit smaller, it makes super strong coffee and its bloody hot!!!
The Starbucks blend is amazing, as is the Petes Seattle one.

I'm not a fan to be honest!
I haven't found any coffees that I like with that. My parents have one and when DH and I stayed there for a few weeks over the summer.. I actually stopped drinking my morning coffee!
I feel like their coffees are very weak... to get it to be strong enough, I usually have to use 2 of the K-Cups on the smallest cup setting... and I just didn't love it at all!
My experience was siimilar. Both DH & I like a big mug of coffee and even with the model that has different settings for cup size, it still was small IMO. ANd the largest size uses the same K-cup as the smallest so larger cup = weaker coffee. Plus for us, since we both like the drink coffee and like the same coffee, it didn't make sense. I know people who drink coffee and their spouse doesn't who like it though since they can easily make 1 cup. But they must not be jumbo mug drinkers like me.
Ladies, can you tell me what size cup you are referring to that makes the weak coffee? I just posted about Keurig on the NFR board as I am getting this for our office. Boss wants the Keurig but I am concerned about the weak coffee. I personally have the Tassimo system at home, love it and never have an issue with larger cups of coffee but then again I buy the discs specifically for the larger servings. Does Keurig have larger serving pods or you just add more water? I wouldn't like that.
Thanks.

Re: Keurig?
LOVE IT
I used to love 7-11 coffee. I even used to love Dunkin donuts coffee and Starbucks depending on my mood (but 7-11 was always my fav). I love the Kuerig much better now...I found my favorites after trying a lot of brands/flavors (my favs are Caribou for a medium blend and Newmans Own extra bold for a stronger taste)...now I cant even go back to 7-11 or DD or starbucks!!!

Re: Keurig?
I love it too, but at first I was very disappointed. The coffee that we bought with it was very weak but we wound up buying some sample packs and found that the darker roasts or anything extra bold makes a nice, strong cup of coffee at the larger cup setting. I'm not sure how many ounces my larger cup setting is, but I have the medium sized keurig that brews two different sizes.

Love it! If you have room, get the bigger one! It makes a larger cup of coffee :)

ITA although Emeril has one bold thats pretty good. We like strong coffe over here too. We actually put it away and are using a regular coffeepot now because the pods also get very expensive

Re: Keurig?
LOVE IT! We have the small one. It only brews a cup at a time, but they only take like 3 minutes so it's fine. My parents have the larger one - quicker, but only if the water is already hot, which means you have to have it on like all the time.
I'd like to eventually get the larger one, but the small one works fine for us now, at least most of the time. We still have our traditional coffee maker for when we have family over.

Re: Keurig?
I actually love this post bc I want one for Christmas from my DH.
I have one at work and I LOVE it. I am a Huge coffee drinker but I am picky bc I hate old coffee,s o I love that this is fresh everytime.
What I am soooo annoyed about it I GOT a REALLY expensive one for my shower a few years ago. It was from Williams Sonama and had every bell and whistle on it and I RETURNED IT bc I didnt think I would use it and bought a STUPID cappaccino machine...that I USED ONCE!!!!!!!!
I should have kept it. Esp since I am not gonna be able to buy one that good again..
