Anybody following? Cliffs notes version she posted a picture of a fake trump decapitated head. Apologized. Now she was just fired from CNNs New Year's Eve tv special

I love her. Have for years. But this is one million percent wrong - for so many reasons. I agree with CNN for firing her. And she'll prob lose other deals she has going on.

I get that she's a comedian and trump is the butt of jokes these days. But this completely crosses the line. It's disturbing especially this day in age with isis beheadings.
His poor 11 year son and grand kids must have a hard time with this.

I agree. She's always annoyed me. Maybe this year I will actually watch CNN New Years bc I love Anderson cooper but can't stand her. She's too much.

She is trying to back pedal now. She knew exactly how wrong those photos were when she made them. But she chose to do so. Now she is apolgizing because she did not realize how wrong it was? What? How do you not realize that? What rock are you living under? She "crossed the line" and knew it. But she thought she would be ok since so many people dislike Trump. She did not expect the backlash she is getting.

It was a disgusting move on her part regardless of how you feel about him. I don't buy her "apology" at all. She just wanted to get her name back in the spotlight instead of on the C-list that she's been on.
