Just talked to Disney and asked about Xmas decor...
They say the last Not-So-Scary party is Nov 1st then the flip it to Xmas. I was really hoping AJ could experience it. We are there until the 4th and they said its pretty positive she will!
Just passing on info if anyone else wanted to see the decorations around that time.

WOW! It used to happen overnight after Thanksgiving. I guess they start the Very Merry Christmas party earlier to make more $$$$$$$$$$$$$ ...

Incidentally, Not So Scary and the Halloween decorations were in full swing when we were there last week.

Used to be Thanksgiving they switched it. The Holiday decorations are awesome, you will really enjoy them.

I was there for our honeymoon in 2004 and they flipped it Nov 2nd then too. I remember because we were there for halloween and I did Absentee voting that year (first time ever) but got a trading pill for election day.

We were there right after labor day and all the decorations for fall/Halloween were already up

That is great news!! We will be at Disney the same time as you. We arrive the 30th and stay until the 4th. So excited, think it will be a fun time to go!

We'll be there then too! I love it this time of year, great weather, light crowds and the Epcot food and wine festival
