Just saying hello from Mexico!!
I'm on my honeymoon (DH is sleeping) and I have some down time so I thought i'd pop on to say hello!!!
I'm off BC over a month now and AF arrived yesterday just before going swimming with dolphins (LOVELY). So i'm on to next month.
I forgot what it was like getting AF off BC and let me tell you, its TORTURE. The pain is excruitating and the flow is FULL FORCE. I hate it.
Ok it's dinner time...

oh, i know what you mean. my first AF off of BC was awful. i had cramps, and never really had cramps at all before. flow was super heavy. yeah, not pleasant.
i had no idea you were TTC. good luck to you!! lots of baby dust your way.

Yes, AF off of BC is different and it may take a few months, but it will regulate.
