Just having a bad day...
I had part 2 of my back-to-back IUI this morning. After, I dropped DH off at work. My freaking car died on Jericho Turnpike and like 10 people had to help me roll it into a 7-11 parking lot. I had to walk like 4 blocks home and I'm sure everything "fell out." I have such horrible cramps----I feel like I am being repeatedly stabbed in the stomach. Then I went online and saw that my dream house was sold today. I am definitely having a lonely, sad day. I tried to call DH but he was at work so he couldn't talk. All of my friends don't understand what I am going through and think it's "dumb" or "crazy" to do an IUI so I can't talk to them about how much pain I'm in. I'm just sitting here crying from the pain. Took Tylenol but they did nothing.
Sorry, just needed to get that all out!

I am sorry you are having a rotten day. This forum is the place to vent about the stuff we go through. DH's don't have a clue and friends sometimes make it seem like we are crazy.
I hope your day gets better....the best is yet to come when you hold your little one. Good luck with the IUI results.

I'm sorry you're having a bad day And just to make you feel better the "stuff" is not leaking out. I had very bad cramping after each of my three IUIs and I didnt nearly have as bad a day as you. Hang in there sweetie.

I have had 6 IUIs and cramped after most of them. Some were worse than others and at times the cramps were pretty bad. I think this is your first IUI and if you don't already know, you may see traces of blood today. Don't be alarmed.
I doubt any of the swimmers came out. If your cervix were open they wouldn't have had to "jack" you open with the speculum.

Again nothing is "falling out". If that were the way no one would ever get pg. Once its up there, its up there.
Sorry for your crappy day!! The best part is that it will be over soon. Tomorrow is a new day.
Sometimes I was very crampy from IUI's. Sometimes its because you are O'ing.
Try to have a nice relaxing evening.
You didn't hurt yourself. And even after ET for IVF, they say to rest. But, I know many women (in NYC) who walked home or whatever from the RE office and were successful. And that is a lot more invasive.
Hoping that you find success this cycle!!! Good luck.

Ohhhhh I am so sorry about your sucky day!!!
How do you know your dream home was sold?? Is it off MLS or something? Maybe the house just expired with a specific realtor and it will come back on the market... I have seen that a lot lately due to the fact that some house are on for a while...

I'm so sorry your having a sucky day. But like others say, your cervic closes after the procedure so the boys can't get out! That bites though about your car, I would have been upset also if I had to deal with that on a day like today.
