Just had the scariest thing happen!!!!
I typically work overnights on the weekends. DH happens to also be working the overnight tonight. He left for work about an hour before me and I needed to take DS to work with me. I packed the car up and as I was finishing up, I heard a man shout 'Hey!' I looked across the street, thinking maybe our neighbor was outside. I saw nobody. I started to head inside when I heard 'Hey!' I looked next to our place and a man started coming out of the woods at me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
I am not able to walk too well. All I could think about was getting back inside to DS, who was still sleeping in the crib. Thankfully, the man was far enough away. I took off for the front door as he came at me screaming 'Hey, hey, hey!!!!!' I made it inside, but I knew he was out there. I called 911.
The cops came and searched the area. One cop stayed with me so I could get DS into my car and head off to work. The others stayed behind to search. I feel like I'm going to throw up. I'm so glad it wasn't the time I was actually putting DS into his carseat, as I could've been in much more trouble.
What the hell do I do now? I'm scared to death. It's been hours now and my heart is still pounding out of my chest.

Kelly that is soooooooooo scary.....did the cops find anything? He was just calling out to you??? FREAKY!!!!
Around Christmas time I was delivering invites to the neighbors for a get together & as I'm walking back to my driveway there is a man standing in my driveway. I had DD in my arms. I said, "can I help you?"
He ignores me.
I said, "excuse me, can I help you?"
He said, "HI"
I said, "is there something I can help you with?"
At this point I was shaking (even though it was the middle of the afternoon). In my head I was thinking of my options. I also had my front door open (not locked) b/c I was just walking to the neighbors' houses.
He then says, "I'm looking for the owner of the house."
I said, "that would be me."
He then says, "you aren't XXX"
I said, "no, we moved here 2 months ago. She lives across the street."
Apparently he was a relative of the previous owner & forgot she moved & was as confused as me when I came to the house.
YET it was scary!
I can't even imagine how you felt Kelly in the dark, w/ Michael in the house.

OMG, that's terrifying!!! I can't even imagine what kind of instincts would kick into me if someone started coming towards me while I had Alex. Hopefully you had some time to calm down
