Just got word from Sunflowerjesss *Final Update *
It looks like the Twins  might be here tonight.... She is on her way to the Hospital now! Stay Tuned for updates! 
Update #1
C-Section will be around 7:00 p.m.
I'm so excited!!!! I can't wait to see them!!!!
***Final Update***
I got a text from Jess' husband at 11:33 last night they are here!!!!!
Juliana Rachel is 6lbs
Katelyn Nicole is 4lbs 12oz
Jess and Babies are doing great!
Congratulations Jess, Carmine and Big Brother Ryan!!! I am so happy for you guys and can't wait to meet those little Princess'
