just curious...why, when you don't like an item that someone posts, do you say
you dont' like it, and then say sorry? I honestly don't get the sorry part....I find it unnecessary, and I wouldn't say sorry...but then again, I may not be a good person 
so, I am curious, do you say "sorry" and if so, why do you?

I haven't noticed if I say "sorry", but if I really don't like something, I just wont post a comment. Unless if they are asking everyone's opinion. Then I try to spin it like "Not my style, but they look comfy".
Sorry if this answer was confusing!

I think the "sorry" can serve 2 purposes. 1-you are sorry bc you know (in some cases) you are not giving the person the answer they want to hear; and 2-online when you can't tell someone's tone it makes it clear that a negative comment, such as "i don't like it," isn't meant to be hurtful.

I've stated "sorry" once on here...normally I just state my opinion (if I even post one at all.)
I think a lot of people state their "sorry" so it helps soften the dialogue/text. Written messages can be hard to interpet and some people don't want to come off as harsh.

I guess I get that, but how does "sorry" change the fact that it's NOT your style or taste..
I don't know. I mean, I assume everyone is just being honest, not hurtful...so the sorry seems kinds of superfluous...
