Just came back from NT scan...and had a moment
I am inlove. Some of you may know how much we wanted this pregnancy but how guilty I felt towards DD after I got pg. I felt like I was betraying her/ruining her life. Hormones. I cried for weeks overwhelmed with guilt. I was convinced two years was way too close and wondered what in the world we were thinking. Today, seeing that little monkey bouncing around and sucking his/her thumb made me truly realize what everyone has been trying to tell me...I am giving a gift to DD. A sibling. A built in playmate and friend. Someone to turn to when mommy and daddy are being "so unfair!". And I cried like a baby...while looking at my newest baby and imagining the fulfillment this child will bring our family.
I am so inlove...with both my babies!
