Just an update on me
I went for my 2nd sonogram last Tuesday and still no heartbeat .
I went Wed for the D and C. The last couple of days have been rough. The physical pain was nothing; just some cramping and light bleeding. It's the mental pain that makes you insane. I took off the rest of the week and thought I would be better getting out of the house and doing my christmas shopping. Boy was that a mistake - the malls are filled with sahm and their babies...I ended up leaving within an hour cause I couldn't hold the breakdown that was coming.
I know that this too shall pass and that we can try again soon...I just think with the holiday season its just that much harder.
I just want to say THANK YOU to all of you for your kind words and prayers...it means alot. I look forward to returning to this board soon and basking in the joy of pregnacny. Good Luck to all of you

Big hugs. I know that it is hard. I had a D&E last December (at 15 weeks). It was a week before X-Mas and at X-Mas we found out that my SIL and Husband were expecting. No one knew I was pregnant because we had problems from the beginning so it was really hard.
You'll feel better as time goes on and 2008 will bring you happiness. It takes time to heal.
Do what you can this holiday season? Take the time you need, relax and stay away from people.

It is hard at first, I had a D&C in May. I totally understand about the mental part. I should have delivered that baby at the beginning of Dec. You will hurt for a little and then you get this feeling like I am not going to let this beat me and you'll do it again. Good Luck and it will get better.
