Jury Duty-UPDATE
So my number was called last night to report today.
Report at 2:30 PM on Tuesday, May 22nd at 1:30 PM to the Criminal Court located at 210 Center Drive, Riverhead, New York.
Those are the instructions off the website. So I have to be there at 2:30 or 1:30?
I have never done this before so does anyone know what I can/can't bring?
Update - so I get there, turns out I had to be there for 2:30...not 1:30 so I sit around with other people that for a reason beyond me *sarcasm* got there an hour early as well.
But, good news at 2:50 they made an announcement stating the judge no longer needed us and we have been noted with "good service" for 6 years. Yippee!

Someone told me if I was less than 1,000 I would definitely be called. And I was!

Yeah, I came into work this morning since there was really no reason not to. I work in Hauppauge so I'm going to leave her 12 ish to allow time to get lost.

Wow those instruction make absolutely no sense at all. I wonder if it was a direct quote from George Bush.
