Are there any ways to opt out of junk emails? I have a vague memory of doing this in the past but maybe it was just regular mail? I'm getting so many lately.

Most will have an unsubscirbe option in the body.
Also, you can set them as junk and your spam filter should catch them and put them in the junk folder before you even see them

You can use a service like unrollme to help unsubscribe and manage them all.
