Jfk long term parking
We need to park at jfk for a week. No other options (long story)
Has anyone used the official lots? What about private parking? I saw a few options on yelp but not sure. Our car isn’t fancy but we need it to be there when we get back.
We are figuring an hour to deal with DH dropping us at airport, parking car and getting back. Does that sound right?

If you use the on-site long term lot, it’s $18 per day and you can hop on the air train (for free) that will take you to the terminals.

Jfk long term parking
We always use that lot. My DH drops us off at the terminal and then he goes to park the car and meets us at the gate. We just came back from Disney and used the lot for 5 nights and paid $96 I think.
Also, when we fly back in, my DH will go get the car while I wait for our luggage at the carousel. He swings back around to pick us up at the arrivals gate after.

We have used the long term parking without issue. My husband refuses to use the off site parking. He is a police officer and use to work in the area so I am assuming there is a reason he refuses to use the offsite parking.

They are not in the greatest of neighborhoods.

My DH refuses also. He doesn’t trust them.

We use it all the time. Give yourself a lot of extra time. An hour should be plenty but the lot is really far from the terminals. So annoying!

We used an outside place. Link
Paid about $100 (can't remember exact amount) for 8 days
They shuttle you to and from your terminal, no extra fee
