I never saw when he was on the stand. Can anyone direct me to what was asked of him and what he said?

I think he was well spoken and made totally sense. He clearly believes Casey did it, esp for all the reasons the rest of us do (about wanting freedom).

It was during a proffer so the jury wasn't there. Basically he said that Casey told him shortly after Caylee was born that Lee had groped her while she was sleeping, which is why she did not like Lee around Caylee. He said he believed whatever Casey said at that time. That's really it...the state did not cross-examine him.

eta: it was considered hearsay so JBP said it was impermissible evidence.
