Look around her belly button, how it looks like the left side of her ab muscles and the right side of her ab muscles are a full 2 inches apart.
I'm 27 weeks pregnant and have it too and it's pretty sore if I press on it, but otherwise I don't really notice. I did some research and 50% or more of pregnant women have this by the end of their 2nd trimester. It usually goes back to normal a few months after childbirth.
