does it happen to be contagious?
I tested this morning 8dpo and big shocker... BFN!

Please ladies! Stop testing so early! It is awful to see that BFN especially when it is not necessarily true. Look at the following statics regarding testing. I know it is hard, but try to wait until AF is due. Otherwise, you are just setting yourself up for disappointment.

I feel like we see so many stories of people getting their BFPs early and that's all we hear! Not of all the BFNs when testing too early

It happened to me! I tested early (starting at 11 DPO) and received a BFN. I was so disappointed and I had no real symptoms. I didn't test again until I was 1 week late and received my BFP. I am now in my second trimester.
