JC Penney cribs
If you bought a crib from JC Penney, could you let me know which one you bought and how it held in time with your baby?
I wish I could see the cribs in person.
TIA

Re: JC Penney cribs
Don't know how long they take to come in...but I did order DD's bed from there [the bed she sleeps in now] and it took around 2-3 weeks...in the middle of that blizzard a couple years ago. I had it delivered to the store and picked it up myself to save $$$ on it, the shipping was outrageous if sent to my house but free if sent to a store.

Re: JC Penney cribs
I really liked a crib I saw from there online BUT I didnt go with it bc I found out you have to put it together yourself which I wasnt about t do at the end of my pregnancy.

Re: JC Penney cribs
I ordered the bella crib. I have not used it yet (obviously) but it seems VERY well made and is beautiful in person. It was a cinch to put together

They make cribs preassembled? How did I miss this? I enjoy putting things like cribs together so for me, it was not a problem...but I could see not wanting to do it! We actually found one that required no tools...such a dream compared to my first child's crib that took several hours to construct.

Re: JC Penney cribs
Maybe if you order it from a furniture store THEY put it together? I put the crib together last week. It was frustrating because I was doing it alone and couldn't hold both sides up, but it all worked out in the end. It only took about an hour, which wasn't too bad.
