Ivf start with a bang-
I am a someitmes poster here and I had to change my name.
Anyway I just started my IVF cycle and I am so upset. I think I have gallstones or something. Saturday I had the worst pain on my right side and thinking maybe I was having a heart attack but knowing if I went to the ED they would make me do a Catscan. I dont want to radiate my eggies. So I waited it out. Anyway I go to my internist that says I most likely gallstones.  I am freaking out. I called my RE after the sono and he told me that he didnt want me to jepordize my future pregnancy with being pregnant and having an GB attack. resulting in surgery while pregnant.
I am so upset. Just venting
I just want to know WHY now?? I couldnt have this when I was doing IUI's?? ok thanks for letting me vent.

had the sono yesterday and they didnt see anything!! so I have to have a catscan :( I just hope I dont have to scrap this cycle.

ur situation is sucky but i do agree with the docs in saying you would rather be 100 % healthy b4 getting pregnant rather than taking more risks while pregnant and putting urself and the baby at risk.
