IVF for DC #1...
Fourth round of IVF blessd us with our now one year old. Our issue was (is) male factor. Are we fooling ourselves with the thought of trying naturally for DC #2? Would love some inspiration to keep trying and not run straight to our fert doc. TIA!

Dd1 was conceived through ivf. We were unexplained and we really had no real issues (other than me being so consumed and stressed over ttc).
Well I'm now 7 months pregnant with dd2, naturally.
Here is a great thread I started awhile ago that can give you inspiration.

I think it depends upon how severe your MFI is. I know unfortunately that we could never conceive naturally. If we decide to have another DC, we will need to do another round of IVF. It took us 3 rounds of IVF to conceive DS. DH and I have an agreement that we would just try one more round to have another DC.

We did IVF for DS#1 which we were diagnosed with severe MF & told we would never conceive on our own. Low & behold I got pregnant with #2, at 3 months pp. so I say there is hope

IVF for DC #1...
We were originally diagnosed MF. After 4 unsuccessful IVFs, we found out I had slight immune issues as well. Finally got our 2 year old twins from our 6th IVF. Well, I'm 6 months with our 3rd.......and we were preventing( it was pull and pray, but hey after 6 cycles we really never thought haha)!!! You just never know??good luck.

IVF for DC #1...
I did not go through IVF nor do I know the reason why it took us 2.5 years to conceive DD. However it took one "oops" to conceive baby #2.
