It's Worth the Wait Ladies!
After an 18m battle with infertility and early losses, I got pregnant with Em on my first IVF. I felt entitled to a carefree pregnancy, and my plan went well until I developed pre-eclampsia in the 32w and ended up on hospital bedrest. I was further humbled when the pre-e turned to HELLP syndrome forcing me to deliver at 33w1d. I ended up with further complications during the c-section and nearly lost my uterus and did lose 1/2 of my blood volume...
A year has now passed and my perfect baby girl turned 1 today!Happy First Birthday to my sweet Emily Hannah!
