Great episode! Very intense. Sadly enough though, during that last scene, I couldn't help thinking how great Meredith looked. She just had the crappiest day of her life. She almost died and then saw somebody explode and yet there she is with her hair and make-up done. Just a bit unrealistic...

I was thinking the same thing about Christina while she was lying in bed. She was going to sleep after an awful day and her makeup was STILL perfect!

Oh, and I loved how they tied everything up in the end, with Drs. Burke and McDreamy calling each other by their first names, and George almost seeing his shower fantasy.

I didnt get the connection with the shower, that is so cool! These writers need to win some sort of award for sure!

Well, I guess Meredith won't be dating the hot bomb guy!!
I was shocked - didn't see it coming at all. I rewound Tivo twice to watch it again.
George and Bailey were so cute - I loved that she gave the baby George as a middle name!! 
What a great show!!

I really loved the episode but it really bothers me that she would walk into the hallway...I don't know why but it just really does. If you just let your fingers stop touching a bomb would you REALLLY go watch? Knowing it could STILL go off at any second?
I don't know...just seems unbelieveable to me.
