It's my first CD1...
now what? 
I started using mymonthlycycles.com Do I just go on there and add my own personal notes? Will it figure out for me when I am ovulating?

That's what I have been doing. There is an ovulation calculator on there.
I would love to say it works....but AF and I haven't been seeing eye to eye this past month so all my "tracking" has been off.

You can add notes on the mentrual and fertility calendar, although I find it best to log my own notes at home. The Ovulation calendar will tell you when you're Oing. Good Luck!

It will tell you your expected O date but I think it might need 2 cycles start dates to determine that.
I put in the first day of my last two periods and then it told me my O date.
