It only took 8 months...
... but I've ovulated for the first time! Blood work done by my RE yesterday confirmed it. I went off the Pill in February, and now I'm in my first 2ww!

Oh wow, thanks for all the quick responses. 
I'm a teacher and called DH to leave him a voicemail but it had to be in code: "Hi, honey? You know that thing I was working on last week? Well I got the phone call that I was right about it, and we have to wait about 5 more days and I'll... um... test it out. Okay, talk to you later. Love you, bye."

Not this month. This is my first month off BCP (was on it for 2 months to shrink an ovarian cyst) and my RE told me that for a lot of irregular women, they're most regular right after coming off BCP. I guess I am! If I get AF next week ( ) I'll start Clomid. I'm excited that the O happened, but one ovulation every nine months is just not good enough for me!
