issues with planked tables?
Hi
I am thinking about getting a dining room set that has a planked table. I love the look, but was wondering if anyone has any issues with the planked table, like a dish or glass being wobbling?
I plan on leaving it uncovered all the time. When I have company I would put table pads and then a table cover on it.
I asked at the store, but they will tell you anything just to sell it to you.

A friend of mine has one and it is gorgeous. No wobbling issue, I've eaten at that table many times and never encountered that. She never covers it, but the only issue she has with it is that crumbs/food get caught in the grooves so it is a pain in the butt to wipe it clean.

I plan on having a tablecloth when I serve food so that should be ok. But thanks, I never thought of the crumb issue!
