Is your Dh
doing anything special while TTC? Most things I read have to do with how the woman can best prepare for TTC but has anyone read or gotten any advice about what the man should do? Thanks

This is a great question and Im curious to hear some answers. My DH isnt really doing anything to prepare himself but he did start taking vitamins..dont know if that helps or not though.

He started drinking LO of water and has been taking a ton of supplements and vitamins which have reversed issues he had with his sperm. He has also recently started running to try and lose a few pounds and just be healthier.

He takes a mult vitamin everyday. He quit smoking, tries to wear loose undies, except for when he sleeps, he's naked. Honestly, there's not too much for the men to do, but build those suckers up!

Nothing. He is healthy and pretty active already. Doesn't smoke. Only drinks socially once in awhile.
He asked my doctors if there was anything he should be doing and they both said no. I guess because I got pregnant before? They must figure his sperm is good?

He was in an accident a few months ago and b/c of that was on a few different types of pain meds. He weaned himself (w/a Drs help) off all the meds. Lost some weight (not that has ANYTHING affect on his spermies but it made him happy) and laid off the wine...not completely but enough
