Is this the same faucet

I did not buy this but one similar with bad reviews on Lowes web site. Now I want to return it but was wondering if I buy online is the quality better?

One is polished chrome and the other is listed as stainless steel. I am not sure if it has the same finish, but yes it is the same model number 4353-DST.
