is this normal?
its been a long time (6 months) since my last AF... but if i remember correctly i have never had cramps all around my back, lower stomach and all the way up to my ribs... are these cramps normal?  thanks and sorry for all the posts about my AF.

probably...your body changes so b/c you've never had this with af previously, since its 6 months since you've had AF...this might be something new for you.
i get cramps all around the lower abdomen, lower back, and i feel like sh** over all.
